IT’S THUNDER BAY’S PREMIER SPRING EVENT
The SPRING HOME and GARDEN SHOW brought to you by The CANADIAN LAKEHEAD EXHIBITION is just days away. The 22nd. Annual Spring event takes place in five indoor venues and again this year we will have an expanded outdoor area for Exhibitors, all on the C.L.E. GROUNDS, April 3rd. to April 5th, 2020. Admission is $5:00 per day with children under 13 Free.
The SHOW, originally, THE SPRING YARD N’ GARDEN SHOW, has grown tremendously over the years. The inaugural Show took place as a one building event and progressed to encompass other C.L.E. buildings. On the Shows 10th anniversary, it was realized, that in order to expand, more space was needed, thus the partnership with the Sports Dome and a new name for the Show… THE SPRING HOME and GARDEN SHOW. Our 22nd. year will again be brought to you solely by the Canadian Lakehead Exhibition.
The 2020 Spring HOME and GARDEN SHOW will be housed in the Coliseum, Heritage, Scarnati & Claydon Buildings as well as the Cardinal Room. The Dove building (Home of The Thunder Bay Country Market) is also part of the Show and will be open Friday evening and Saturday with two floors of crafters, bakers, specialty items and the like. We will also have a considerable outdoor area for you to take in. All these areas will be offering Exhibitor displays featuring everything that you would perhaps like to gain knowledge of or visualize for your own home and garden. An added feature this year, in the Heritage Building, will be a display set up by both our Thunder Bay Beekeepers Association as well as our Adelaide Monarch Garden group. Come on down and learn all about the bees and the butterflies.
The Spring Home and Garden Show is truly the showcase for all your Home and Garden dreams. It is the one stop shopping mecca for your spring and summer, indoor or outdoor projects and leisure activities. The opportunity to avail yourselves of endless products, services and expert advice is presented to you all in one place. Our exhibiting businesses , local and from out of town, offer a vast variety of knowledge, equipment and supplies to get your job done. The Home and Garden Show brings to you all aspects of home improvement and décor as well as all your yard and garden beautification needs.
The Spring Home and Garden Show is more than just businesses, we also have a small number of local charity and non-profit groups. The weekend is a good time to lend your support to these worthy causes. Eco Superior will be back again with their Painted Rain Barrel Art Auction and will be in the Heritage Building. St. John Ambulance will be promoting their travel trailer draw. There will be other groups present so please support them as well. Our Thunder At The Bay Motorsports Extravaganza volunteers will also be selling 50/50 tickets in support of our local Boys and Girls Club.
